Welcome to del Sur, we specialize in building single-family residences on infill lots throughout Southern California. Our mission is to address the housing shortage by providing quality homes under the state's median home value.

Please know that we only build speculation homes and do not take on clients for custom builds. Each of our homes are completed with the certificate of occupancy prior to being listed on the open market.

Founder & Principal

Meet Jack Nelsen, a Minnesota native turned San Diegan. Driven by his years of experience in both construction and real estate sales, he had a desire to immerse himself in the vibrant Southern California real estate scene. Jack made the move to California in 2021, inspired by love for his wife. With a background steeped in residential construction and sales, Jack now dedicates all his time and expertise to his true passions: building and development. His projects embody quality and vision, laying the foundation for new beginnings.
